In our Meier Technologie Center we provide the opportunity to develop and test individual processes extensively. We strive to offer a full range of these. Starting with general support, we have a showroom that is used for customer demonstration purposes and for basic process inventions. It enables us to offer your system that are tailored and implemented in line with the needs of your process. We are also able to provide plant training for operators, maintenance personnel and process managers.

Facilities of Meier Technologie Center
With 500 sqm the Meier Technology Center offers numerous testing and production plants for the range of Vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, hot-dipping systems, transformer drying and furnace technology.
Volume: Various facilities up to 20,000 l volume
Processes: Dipping impregnation, vacuum pressure impregnation from 10-2 mbar to 10 mbar, current and inductive heating,
convective and activ heating circulation air)
Plant safety: Explosion protection according to 2014/34/EU (ATEX)
Pumping speed: 4 – 2000 m³/h (larger pumping speed on request)
Ultimate total pressure: up to 10-2 mbar (abs.)

Volume: Various facilities to 23,700 l volume
Drying temperature: up to 450°C
Types of drying: Convection drying, recirculation convection drying, atmospheric or vacuum up to 10-2 mbar (abs.)
