Details on furnace technology
We develop and produce the appropriate industrial furnaces and heat treatment systems for your product line. Based on our many years of experience and in-house developments, we know what matters in the production of industrial furnaces.
Our furnace systems provide targeted processing of workpieces from a wide range of materials. We use various heat processing methods for this purpose in order to influence the material properties of the particular product in line with the relevant application. The specific methods involved are as follows: Drying, curing and tempering.
In the area of furnace construction, we work with our sister company Airtec Thermoprocess GmbH. With specialists from the Meier Group, we are able to offer complete system solutions from a single source. The industrial furnaces can be supplied with different heating types – electrical, gas-fired or oil-burning. The exhaust systems from Airtec Thermoprocess GmbH combined with the cleaning devices can be part of an environmentally-friendly systems technology solution. Filters, heat recovery systems and thermal exhaust air cleaning systems can be integrated into or added to a system. Request information now
Benefits of our industrial furnaces:
Our industrial furnaces use state-of-the-art technology and are compliant with the currently valid legal requirements and standards, in particular the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). Our designs for heat treatment processes in which solvents are released and potentially explosive or combustible mixtures could be generated are always in accordance with DIN EN 1539.
You too can benefit from our furnaces, which guarantee the following:
- High level of energy efficiency
- Robust construction for maximum loads
- Low maintenance required
- Low operating costs
- Homogeneous heat distribution
- Long service life
- Optimal processing times
- High safety standards
