Liability for contents
As a service provider, we are responsible for the contents of these pages as per § 7 (1) TMG, in accordance with general law. However, according to §§ 8-10 TMG, as a service provider, we are obligated to monitor transferred or stored third-party information or to research circumstances that suggest illegal activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law. However, we are not liable until we learn about a specific infringement. If we become aware that any content violates the law, we will remove it immediately.
Liability for links
Our services contain links to external third-party websites, the contents over which we have no influence. Therefore, we can likewise make no guarantee regarding these external contents. The provider or operator of the linked sites in question is always responsible for their content. When we linked the sites, we checked them for possible infringements. When we linked the sites, no illegal content was apparent. But we cannot be reasonably expected to permanently monitor the contents of the linked sites with no sign of a specific infringement. If we become aware that a link violates the law, we will remove it immediately.
